We found that high levels of ZIKV neutralizing antibody titers 6 months post-infection were associated with a significantly higher frequency of 11 cellular features during acute infection (e.g., CD86+ CD14−CD16+ monocytes and pDCs, CD40+ CD14+ monocytes and cDCs, CD69+ NK cells, CD38+ Th1 and Tfh CD4+ T cells, and CD86+, as well as Ki-67+ DN B cells; Figures 5C and 5D). This evidence concerns the gene CD86 and infection.
