These oligomer particles, corresponding to a calibrated size of more than 450 kDa,28 made up 33.9% ± 6.5% to 54.5% ± 5.7% in all AD samples, except for AD3, and 23.4% ± 1.8% in NC samples, as depicted in Figure 2C. In sample AD3, the highest oligomer concentration (50.3 ± 9.1 pM) was found in fraction 11 and a concentration of 42.7 ± 1.1 pM in fraction 10, which corresponded to 33.8% ± 6.1% and 28.6% ± 0.3% of all oligomers, respectively.
