CDK6 and urinary bladder carcinoma: Upregulation of miR-34a was shown to attenuate drug resistance to 5-fluorouracil in colon cancer via downregulation of targets in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway[17] and its restoration elicited increased sensitivity to cisplatin in bladder cancer cell lines by transcriptional inhibition of SIRT-1 and Cdk6[18] .
