Statin use was associated with lower risk of all-cause mortality (HR = 0.73; 95%CI: 0.64-0.83; P < 0.00001) and cancer-specific mortality (HR = 0.64; 95%CI: 0.53-0.77; P < 0.00001) in advanced PCa patients treated with ADT, whereas inconsistent results were obtained with AR signaling inhibitors. This evidence concerns the gene AR and posterior cortical atrophy.
