We observed some evidence for a detrimental effect of greater levels of CTACK (CCL27), MIP-1b (CCL4), Eotaxin, GROa (CXCL1), MIG (CXCL9), IL-8 and IL-2 on the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Here, CXCL9 is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
