Using enrichment analysis, we also summarized the potential pathophysiological functions and mechanisms of cancer development and progression and unveiled the substantial correlations of UBE2S with tumor infiltration of immune cells, immune checkpoint modules, and immunotherapeutic response-related genes, demonstrating that UBE2S played significant roles in immune evasion and could serve as a predictor of response to immunotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene UBE2S and neoplasm.
