To investigate the biological roles of PITPNA-AS1 in gastric cancer, knocked down the expression of PITPNA-AS1 in MKN45 and AGS cells (Sup Figures 2a and 2b), and found that silence of PITPNA-AS1 significantly inhibited cancer cell proliferation (Figures 3(c) and 3(d)). The gene discussed is PITPNA; the disease is gastric cancer.
