UBE2T and breast cancer: Analysis of the GSEA50567, GSEA65194, and GSEA43358 datasets showed that ANLN and UBE2T expression was higher in breast cancer than in normal tissues (P < 0.05) (Fig. 3C, D, F, G) and higher in TNBC and HER2 overexpressing subtypes than in luminal A and luminal B subtypes (P < 0.05) (Fig. 3E, H).
