Two further promoters with smaller changes were HEATR2, which is mutated in ciliary dyskinesia (lost 2.23%), and the dopamine signalling-related gene PDE4C (lost 2.04%), although the latter only comprised one probe representing one CG (confirmed not to be a known single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP)). Here, DNAAF5 is linked to primary ciliary dyskinesia.
