Besides demonstrating efficacy in melanoma, anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1 and/or anti-CTLA-4 has been integrated as part of standard therapy in cancers such Hodgkin’s lymphoma, renal cell carcinoma (RCC), and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (Wu et al., 2019; Yarchoan, Hopkins, & Jaffee, 2017; Zhao, Zhao, & Zhao, 2020).
