Unsurprisingly, the results showed that the expression levels of most of these genes were related to immune checkpoints and that the expression level of HLA was significantly elevated in Cluster 1 compared with Cluster 2, especially for PD1 and PDL1, implying that osteosarcoma patients in Cluster 1 had a high likelihood of benefiting from immune checkpoint inhibition treatment. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and osteosarcoma.
