Notably, accumulating evidence suggested that inhibition of CDKs not only contributes to cell cycle arrest but also triggers anti-tumor immunity (23–26) and enhances the efficiency of anti-PD-1 therapy (27), thus CDC25C might also have potential immunoregulatory effect via interaction with CDKs.
