When CD274 mRNA expression was matched for response to immunotherapy, the overall response rate was higher in patients with high CD274 mRNA levels with a cutoff of 0.0722 (gastric cancer) and 0.0480 (urothelial carcinoma) than in those with low CD274 mRNA expression (P < 0.001 and P = 0.018, respectively). Here, CD274 is linked to urothelial carcinoma.
