Twenty genes were identified to play roles in all ten pathways to promote tumor progression, including ADAM8, ARG1, AZU1, CD36, CD47, CEACAM1, ELANE, HMGB1, IQGAP1, ITGAV, LILRB2, MAPK14, NCKAP1L, PTAFR, PTPN6, PTPRC, PTPRJ, PYCARD, RAC1, and SIRPA (Figure 4C). This evidence concerns the gene CD36 and neoplasm.
