In order to evaluate whether MET levels are modulated after NOTCH signaling inhibition, we silenced NOTCH1 and NOTCH3, the two NOTCH receptors hyper-activated in our cell tumor context (16–18), in two FP-RMS (RH30 and RH4) and two FN-RMS (RD and JR1) cell lines. The gene discussed is NOTCH1; the disease is neoplasm.
