As shown in Figure 6D, NPC patients with NSUN2 high-expression represented a lower level of seven targetable check-point genes (CD4, CXCR4, PDCD1, CD247, PDCD1LG2, CTLA4, and TLR9) than the NSUN2 low-expression group. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
