EGFR and neoplasm: Overall, 41.4% of patients had a tumor harboring a major uncommon mutation, 22.3% had an exon 20 insertion (of which only 18.4% were fully informative), 20.3% had a T790M mutation (predominantly in the EGFR TKI-pretreated patients), and 15.9% had other uncommon EGFR mutations (Supplementary Table 2).
