SOD1 and Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome: Compared with NPS treatment, the activities of SOD, CAT, and APX in mesocotyl were significantly reduced by 25.51, 23.12, and 14.97% in HPS treatment, and the activities of SOD, POD, CAT, and APX in roots were significantly decreased by 19.26, 7.85, 39.82, and 14.78%, respectively.
