ZEB1 and cholangiocarcinoma: Jiang et al. (2020a) proved that ZEB1-AS1 was overexpressed in CCA and promoted CCA growth along with metastasis in vivo, as well as in vitro experiments. Patients with high ZEB1-AS1 expression were clearly related to lymph node invasion, progressed TNM stage, along with the shorter survival time when compared to the low ZEB1-AS1 expression group (Jiang et al., 2020a). Regarding prognostic efficiency, the AUC of ZEB1-AS1 was 0.749 with 65.5% sensitivity and 80.0% specificity by ROC analysis (Jiang et al., 2020a).
