CDKN2A and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: Methylation of CDKN2A had a sensitivity of 22.5% and a specificity of 97%, methylation of DAPK1, a sensitivity of 51.4%, and a specificity of 90%, whereas the panel consisting of CDKN2A, DLEC1, DAPK1, and UCHL1 was found to have the highest specificity and sensitivity for HNSCC detection (66).
