We combined the ceRNA network and the PPI network to find that TUSC8 and LINC01198 coregulate miR-6776-5p and then regulated the chemokine signal path and PI3K/Akt signal path through GNG7 to act a major part in the development of CRSwNP. The gene discussed is GNG7; the disease is chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.
