In this study, 10 writers (METTL3, METL14, METL16, WTAP, WTAP, ZC3H13, CBLL1, RBM15, NSUN2 and RBM15B), 20 readers (YTHDC1, YTHDC2, YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, HNRNPC, FMR1, LRPPRC, HNRNPA2B1, IGFBP1, IGFBP2, IGFBP3, FXR1, EIF4G2, EIF3A, ABCF1, G3BP1, ELAVL1, FXR2 and RBMX) and two erasers (FTO and ALKBH5) were evaluated to explore the roles of 32 m6A regulatory genes in cervical cancer. The gene discussed is ELAVL1; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
