In this study, similar to previous studies, we not only found that plasma levels of IL-6, IL-8, G-CSF, IP-10 and MIP-1a were positively correlated with the grade of CRS, but also confirmed that the peripheral blood peak concentrations of these five factors were positively correlated with the severity of CRS. The gene discussed is CXCL8; the disease is congenital rubella syndrome.
