At the same time, the low concentration group (<0.08 mg/dL) was used as the control group, the higher CRP concentration group (>0.49 mg/dL) was associated with higher all-cause mortality (HR 1.65, 95%CI 1.24–2.19, P = 0.001) and cancer mortality (HR = 3.25, 95%CI 1.82–5.80, P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and cancer.
