CD8A and neoplasm: To evaluate if TFs were involved in the immune infiltration, we evaluated the relationship between the risk score and the immune status; we observed that compared to the low-risk group (blue box), the level of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), Th1 cells, T follicular helper (Tfh) cells, T helper (Th) cells, plasmacytoid dendritic (pDC) cells, natural killer (NK) cells, neutrophils, mast cells, CD8+ T cells, and B cells was significantly decreased in the high-risk group (red box, Figure 7(a)).
