We analyzed the effects of mutated genes on immune infiltration in low-grade glioma (LGG) and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and found that in LGG, IDH1 and CIC mutations inhibited the infiltration of six types of immune cells in the glioma microenvironment, while PTEN and ATRX mutations promoted the infiltration of the six immune cell types (Supplementary Figures S3A–S3D). This evidence concerns the gene IDH1 and central nervous system cancer.
