To study the reason why the global m6A level elevated in ADR-resistant AML cells, we explored ten m6A-related enzymes, including METTL3, METTL14, CBLL1, RBM15B, RBM15, WTAP, KIAA1429, ZC3H13, ALKBH5, and FTO (Zhang et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene ALKBH5 and acute myeloid leukemia.
