Notably, MIR31HG expression was significantly increased in MIR31HG diploid and amplified cancer tissues, indicating that the upregulation of MIR31HG expression was significantly correlated with MIR31HG copy number amplification and CDKN2A‐CDKN2B‐MTAP deletion in a pan‐cancer sample (Figure 5d and Figure S8d and Table S25, Supporting Information).
