In our results, the prognosis of the meningiomas was different mutation-wise (5-year PFS: 77.9% in NF2 vs 90.3% in non-NF2, p = 0.04 (Table 2, Fig. 1C) and univariate analysis identified between worse prognosis and NF2 meningioma (HR:1.9, confidence interval [CI] 1.01–3.58, p = 0.04)”, however, the statistical significance was marginal.
