Among the two sets of pleiotropic associations, there existed 16 common genes including ANO8, BBS1, C15orf39, CDKAL1, DDA1, DPP3, FAM219B, GOLGA6C, GTPBP3, LOC100652768, MPI, PCSK7, PELI3, SCAMP2, TAGLN, and ZDHHC24. Several genes were preciously confirmed to have a connection with breast cancer. The gene discussed is GOLGA6C; the disease is breast carcinoma.
