Among the two sets of pleiotropic associations, there existed 16 common genes including ANO8, BBS1, C15orf39, CDKAL1, DDA1, DPP3, FAM219B, GOLGA6C, GTPBP3, LOC100652768, MPI, PCSK7, PELI3, SCAMP2, TAGLN, and ZDHHC24. Several genes were preciously confirmed to have a connection with breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CDKAL1 and breast cancer.
