ERBB2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: In multivariate analyses, HER2+ disease (aOR: 1.74, 95% CI: 1.10–2.75, p = 0.017), lymph node metastasis (aOR: 1.66, 95% CI: 1.12–2.47, p = 0.011), LVI (aOR: 2.40, 95% CI: 1.59–3.63, p < 0.001), and high tumor grade (aOR: 2.46, 95% CI: 1.33–4.52, p = 0.004) were associated with increased risk of early recurrence, while HER2+ disease (aOR: 0.49, 95% CI: 0.29–0.84, p = 0.010) and LVI (aOR: 0.49, 95% CI: 0.31–0.76, p = 0.001) were associated with decreased risk of late recurrence after adjusting for confounding variables (Table 3).
