Nuclear loss of BAP1 protein expression has also been observed in 2 to 50% of carcinomas, including 50% of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas [30], 10 to 19% of clear cell renal cell carcinomas [31,32], and 18% of hepatocellular carcinomas [30] among others.
