Conversely, TRPM8 wt decreases cell migration in MCF-7 cells, while TRPM8 E207A Y240A does not (Figure 8bii), thus suggesting the involvement of the TRPM8-Rap1 interaction in the control of the migratory phenotype of breast cancer similarly to prostate cancer (Figure 7c).
