NRP2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Figure S3 of the Supplementary Material shows the resulting classification tree. Patients with high SEMA3F expression (n = 46) had a low risk of occult lymph node metastases (15.2%). Patients with low SEMA3F/low NRP2 expression (n = 72) had an intermediate risk of occult lymph node metastases (30.6%). Finally, patients with low SEMA3F/high NRP2 expression (n = 58) were the group that had the highest risk of occult lymph node metastases (46.6%).
