IL7R and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: When focusing on the expression of important T-ALL associated genes, we noticed the silencing of IL7R gene, which harbors gain-of-function mutations in around 10% of T-ALL leading to the constitutive activation of downstream signaling [60], in five out of six PRMT7 KO lines (log2FC ≥ ±1.5, FDR < 0.05) (Figure 5c).
