In the multivariate analysis, AFP of ≥100 ng/mL (HR 2.190, 95%CI 1.493–3.211, p < 0.001), tumor size of ≥5 cm (HR 1.508, 95%CI 1.037–2.193, p = 0.032), multiple tumors (HR 1.784, 95%CI 1.178–2.703, p = 0.006), and neo-GPS of ≥1 (HR 1.554, 95%CI 1.074–2.247, p = 0.019) were significantly associated with OS.
