TP53 and neoplasm: The CRLM of both patients showed no signs of microsatellite instability (MSI), but displayed an overexpression of TP53 (Figure S1), which was associated with the inactivating TP53 Arg273His mutation in patient I. The samples that were included in RNA-Seq and RPPA profiling consisted of at least 60% vital tumor cells with no more than 40% necrosis.
