Moreover, our data revealed that the SASP of cytokine-treated melanoma cells contains high amounts of anti-angiogenic chemokines such as CXCL10 or CXCL11 (Figure 5a,b), thereby pointing to an acute, anti-tumoral effect of CIS that has already been described [10].
