In MI mice treated with ABR-238901, the mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (SOD2) and the beta-2-glycoprotein 1 (APOH) were upregulated, while the BAG family molecular chaperone regulator 3 (BAG3), eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5A-1 (EIF5A), nucleolar protein 3 (NOL3), protein quaking (QKI) were downregulated relatively to the MI control group (Figure 4A).
