Analysis of the TERT polymorphisms showed that BC patients with T allele rs2736100 and C rs2735940 had more invasive tumors (assessed according to histologic grade (G), describing the aggressiveness and dynamics of tumor development) than patients with the GG genotype (rs2736100, p = 0.0008) and TT genotype (rs2735940, p = 0.0055). Here, TERT is linked to neoplasm.
