To characterize the cell lines further, we sequenced the tumor and their corresponding lymphoblastic cell lines and analyzed 22 genes (ATM, BAP1, BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDH1, CHEK2, FANCA, FANCC, FANCM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, NBN, PALB2, PMS2, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D, STK11, TP53) known to be associated with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene RAD51C and neoplasm.
