A two-way ANOVA assessing GFAP+ve staining in the CC of vehicle- and compound G-treated animals also revealed significant stroke (F1,33 = 37.98, p < 0.0001) compound G treatment (F1,33 = 27.43, p < 0.0001) and interaction effects (F1,33 = 4.781, p = 0.0414; Figure 7B). The gene discussed is GFAP; the disease is stroke disorder.
