IL10 and neoplasm: In conclusion, our work identifies a hypoxic-activated, inflammation-associated molecular network; which involve CXCL8, CXCR1/2, JAK/STAT1, IL-10, and NF-κB signaling pathways that regulate a positive feedback loop between GC cells and TAMs, tumor progression, macrophage polarization, as well as patient outcomes (Fig. 7).
