We also found that Cyt-C was involved in multiple pathways such as influenza A, hepatitis B, viral myocarditis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), platinum drug resistance, tuberculosis, parkinson's disease, colorectal cancer, apoptosis-multiple species, toxoplasmosis, herpes simplex infection, pathways in cancer, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), apoptosis, kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, p53 signaling pathway, small cell lung cancer and huntington's disease (Table 2). Here, TP53 is linked to viral myocarditis.
