The results showed that one “erasers” (ALKBH5), one “writers” (KIAA1429) and five “readers” (HNRNPA2B1, YTHDF2, FMR1, IGF2BP1 and IGF2BP3) m6A regulators statistically differentially expressed among 23 m6A regulators, implying their possible functional importance in severe OSA. The gene discussed is IGF2BP1; the disease is obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
