The results showed that one “erasers” (ALKBH5), one “writers” (KIAA1429) and five “readers” (HNRNPA2B1, YTHDF2, FMR1, IGF2BP1 and IGF2BP3) m6A regulators statistically differentially expressed among 23 m6A regulators, implying their possible functional importance in severe OSA. Here, YTHDF2 is linked to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
