The results showed that one “erasers” (ALKBH5), one “writers” (KIAA1429) and five “readers” (HNRNPA2B1, YTHDF2, FMR1, IGF2BP1 and IGF2BP3) m6A regulators statistically differentially expressed among 23 m6A regulators, implying their possible functional importance in severe OSA. This evidence concerns the gene HNRNPA2B1 and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
