Notably, all these SNVs corresponding genes, including ZNF598, WFS1, and ULK2, as well as their regulator PAX5, ELK1, miR-130A, and miR-301A/B, showed a moderate to high expression level in the human brain (Figures 2C,D), suggesting the potential involvement of these regulatory patterns in ADHD pathogenesis.
