LRP6 and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder: Genes corresponding to those SNVs labeled as possibly damaging or probably damaging are shown in Figure 2A, and part of these genes, including CACNA1H, PKD1, DYNC2H1, LRP6, and RGS11, played primarily neuron-related functions that might contribute to ADHD, such as dopaminergic neuron differentiation, midbrain development, ion channel activity, and Wnt signaling pathway (Figure 2B).
