Combined with our previous research results, in which we found three lncRNAs (LINC00683, LINC00857, and FENDRR) and two mRNAs (CCDC178 and SERPINA5) were significantly related with overall survival of PCa patients (Liu et al., 2019), and 3 m6A regulators (METTL14, HNRNPA2B1, and YTHDF2) were combined with five RNAs (2lncRNA+3mRNA) in a variety of ways in order to construct an optimal complex model. This evidence concerns the gene CCDC178 and posterior cortical atrophy.
