Previous studies have demonstrated that antioncogene NF1 may be regulated by some miRNAs during the occurrence of lung squamous cell carcinoma (Guo et al., 2020), ovarian cancer (Su et al., 2019), and melanoma (Stark et al., 2015), but the miRNA profile in the UPS sarcoma tissue and miRNAs, which regulate NF1 in the initiation of UPS, are still unknown. Here, NF1 is linked to melanoma.
