In T/NK cells, CD44 expression was positively correlated with that of YTHDF2 and HNRNPA2B1 and negatively correlated with FTO and ALKBH5. In T/NK cells, expression of HAVCR2, which encodes TIM-3, was positively correlated with that of YTHDF2. These results suggested that m6A modification may promote immunosuppressive activities through the GALECTIN signaling pathway network in the GBM immune microenvironment. The gene discussed is FTO; the disease is glioblastoma.
