HAVCR2 and glioblastoma: In T/NK cells, CD44 expression was positively correlated with that of YTHDF2 and HNRNPA2B1 and negatively correlated with FTO and ALKBH5. In T/NK cells, expression of HAVCR2, which encodes TIM-3, was positively correlated with that of YTHDF2. These results suggested that m6A modification may promote immunosuppressive activities through the GALECTIN signaling pathway network in the GBM immune microenvironment.
