In multivariate analysis including PD-L1 expression, smoking history, and other clinical features, high FAMscore was the only independent predictor of poor PFS in both the NSCLC-1 (HR = 2.55, 95% CI: 1.16–5.62, p = 0.02; Figure 6C) and NSCLC-2 (HR = 5.0, 95% CI: 1.13–22.19, p = 0.034; Figure 6D) cohorts. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
